Pager is looking to hire a Senior/Manager, Partner Solutions (Implementation Manager) to onboard and implement key accounts while anticipating client needs and actively coordinating a cross-department team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced collaborative environment with the product, engineering, and clinical operations teams who will support your implementation efforts. You will also have a strong partnership with business development and customer success teams to ensure proper hand-off of responsibilities before and after a partner implementation. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Become an established leader and execute successfully: 

  • Manage highly visible end-to-end client implementations on target, on time 
  • Clearly articulate the organization's mission and goals, motivating the team to over-achieve on those goals and be enthusiastically accepted as a leader 
  • Develop and roll out best-in-class scalable processes for ongoing efficiency and effectiveness improvements 
  • Partner cross-functionally to organize internal resources to solve client business challenges 
  • Provide a clear view of organizational metrics and status to the Vice President, Professional Services with optimization recommendations and needs 
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure an orderly transition between the sales cycle, implementation stages, and post-launch optimization and stabilization 
  • Partner with analytics resources on data requirements for both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Identify and curate metric packages clearly demonstrating business needs/challenges, process optimization, and markers of success 
  • Identification of client-initiated upsell opportunities 

Interface with cross-functional teams to lead complex implementations on behalf of sophisticated clients: 

  • Develop launch plan and lead program launch execution activities, including ownership of all workstreams attached to an individual implementation 
  • Tailor developed processes and blueprints to meet a specific client need 
  • Represent Pager to payers, providers, and ancillary organizations in a courteous and professional manner 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet milestones to ensure timely program launches 
  • Lead and guide close collaboration between Integration Managers and Engineers to successfully configure and deploy Pager’s platform 
  • Communicate project status and challenges and make recommendations for swift and appropriate resolution  

Work closely with internal teams to continually refine and improve the Pager platform: 

  • Manage daily tasks of the Implementation team to ensure project deliverables are on track and completed on time 
  • Collaborate with the Product team to accurately translate user needs to requirements 
  • Partner with the Command Center to ensure proper patient care protocols are in place to support triage and care coordination 
  • Work with the Marketing and Engagement teams to develop tactical engagements designed to maximize brand equity and achieve sustainable patient growth 
  • Support Business Development efforts through effective documentation of repeatable processes and success stories 

Support the team and train the next generation: 

  • Coach, mentor, and develop the management skills of junior team members 
  • Participate in hiring and sourcing candidates

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare administration experience 
  • Experience coordinating internal implementation, product, and system integration resources 
  • Client facing experience required 
  • Healthcare and tech experience preferred 
  • Bachelor's Degree required. MHA or MBA preferred

For Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC-based employment: In accordance with the Pay Transparency laws the salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000. The compensation package may include stock options, plus a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, generous PTO, stipends for professional development, and wellness benefits. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The range listed only applies to Colorado, Nevada, New York, and Washington DC.
