Role Description

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This role ensures that our delivery teams perform effectively while keeping client satisfaction at the highest level. You will act as the bridge between our development teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and business growth.

  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients.
  • Ensure the delivery team meets performance expectations and provides high-quality results.
  • Proactively address client concerns and improve retention through excellent service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth by understanding client needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination and account management, within a software development or staff augmentation company.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and teams effectively.
  • Experience working with remote teams and international clients (preferred).
