Role Description
We’re hiring a Senior Designer to join our dedicated UX/UI design team and help build a research platform our clients will rave about. The Senior Designer will work within a nimble and dynamic team and be responsible for bringing together the user experiences of two successful research products and figuring out what our combined audiences need most. As Senior Designer, you will use your design chops, business sense, and communication skills to develop it into a vision and sell it to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities

User-Centered Design & Research:
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to develop deep insights into user needs, use cases, and pain points.
- Create user personas, flowcharts, wireframes, interactive mockups, prototypes, and final UI specifications.
- Identify growth opportunities and pitch features that enhance the product journey.
- Maintain awareness of the latest UX patterns and ensure alignment with company-wide UX standards.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and other business stakeholders throughout all phases of the UX and product design process.
- Effectively communicate design vision, gaining buy-in through strong storytelling and iteration.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver a must-have user experience.

Design Strategy & Execution:
- Translate user insights and business objectives into intuitive, engaging, and brand-aligned experiences, interactions, and workflows.
- Evangelize UX best practices and champion design-oriented decisions across the organization.
- Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail in visual design, usability, and consistency, ensuring a high-quality user interface.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of UX research best practices.
- Experience working on B2B browser-based applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Desktop & Mobile UX/UI patterns.
- Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes with Figma.
- Agile product team experience.
- Experience with search functionality, data products, or research products preferred.
