Role Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with up to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure:

• Clean and well-structured data
• Reliable and actionable reporting
• Automation that reduces operational friction
• A scalable CRM system that supports business growth

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Solid understanding of Salesforce objects and relationships
• Validation rules
• Reports and dashboards
• Basic Salesforce Flows
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (Good-to-Have)
• Understanding of Sales and RevOps processes (Good-to-Have)
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Good-to-Have)
• Basic knowledge of SOQL (Good-to-Have)
