Role Description
As a Sales Specialist at RST Associates, you will actively drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and building strong, lasting relationships. You’ll be responsible for presenting our digital solutions, managing your sales pipeline, and exceeding ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage new clients through research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Product Presentations: Deliver persuasive demos and tailored presentations to showcase our digital solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and forecast revenue.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships and follow up for repeat business.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and optimize performance.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and market feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in technology or digital solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
