Role Description

The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within the Commercial Branding & Transportation product portfolio. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, project leadership, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

  • Apply broad sales knowledge and extensive experience to address complex and diverse business challenges across varying work conditions and operations.
  • Lead sales projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth, achieve divisional sales targets, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct analytic activities to support the business team, including sales performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Participate in contract negotiations with major customers and report key milestones and critical business initiatives to management.
  • Manage assigned budgets and make recommendations impacting financial resource allocation and revenue generation.
  • Establish priorities, timelines, and execution plans to support business objectives.
  • Develop solutions for multifaceted and interrelated business problems requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including active participation in contract negotiations.
  • Track and analyze channel, sales representative, and customer performance to enhance financial acumen.
  • Utilize CRM systems to share best practices and ensure accurate sales and customer data management.
  • Analyze sales results and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and coordination on decisions and initiatives impacting the area of responsibility.
  • Actively participate in corporate programs and initiatives, while adhering to professional, ethical, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in sales or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, account management, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of sales or marketing experience within Commercial Branding, Transportation, or related industries.
  • Experience managing distributor or channel-based sales models.
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and performance tracking.
  • Experience working in a matrix or multinational organization.
