[Hiring] Sales Representative @Bolton

Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our Sales team in Bolton Polska.

As a Sales Marketing Representative, you are essential to bringing Bolton’s brand strategies to life at the point of sale. Through effective merchandising and strategic support of in-store promotions, you enhance brand visibility, engage customers directly, and drive sales growth where it matters most.

Your agenda includes:

• Manage daily customer relationships and ensure excellent in-store execution across assigned channels and customers;
• Plan and implement promotional and sales activities, including portfolio management and enforcement of central agreements;
• Drive sales performance by achieving assigned targets and commercial objectives within the entrusted area;
• Oversee POS materials and merchandisers’ activities, ensuring proper execution, control, and reporting;
• Conduct market analysis and reporting, monitoring competitors’ activities, consumer trends, customer needs, and overall performance results.

You will directly report to our Field Sales Manager and closely with the field sales team members.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience as a Sales Representative, with 2+ years in Modern and Traditional Trade channels in the FMCG sector;
• Numerical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, along with strong team spirit, proactivity, and initiative;
• Valid Category B driver’s license;
• Good knowledge of English is considered a plus.
