[Hiring] Sales Representative @Startup Team

Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven German-speaking Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position ideal for a self-starter who is confident in closing deals and building strong client relationships. This role is commission-based with high earning potential for top performers.

• Identify and approach potential clients (B2B/B2C as applicable)
• Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
• Meet or exceed the minimum monthly sales target of 10 closed deals or earn a 10% commission on successful sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities

Qualifications

• Proficient/Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany
• Necessary training or workshops based on operational requirements
