Role Description

This role involves supporting a sales team, solving problems with data-driven insights, and translating high-level strategies into streamlined processes.

Manage and optimize HubSpot for CRM
Generate and analyze sales reports
Coordinate sales training sessions to enhance team performance
Oversee and administer sales tools such as HubSpot, PandaDoc, and ZoomInfo
Work closely with consulting and marketing teams to develop effective materials
Provide comprehensive tools for tracking and reporting on sales activities
Create and update internal training materials for the sales team
Manage the creation and maintenance of sales contract templates
Assist in planning and executing sales events and campaigns
Manage client feedback by collecting net promoter scores and reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
Advanced skills in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI)
Expertise in configuring and utilizing HubSpot for CRM and sales operations
Strong written and presentation skills
Understanding of IT consulting services, particularly in Data, Cloud, and Software domains

Requirements

General experience with various sales enablement tools such as PandaDoc and ZoomInfo
Experience in a similar role within a technology consulting firm
Strong analytical capabilities to derive insights from sales data
Skills in using Office 365 applications beyond Excel
Experience in planning and executing sales events and campaigns
