Role Description

We’re looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Industrial Manufacturing & Logistics segment. You will actively drive growth in this area while working in a flexible remote setup.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions, ideally within the industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Proven track record in building new business (new logo sales) and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience working with OEMs as well as Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost engineering processes within the Industrial Manufacturing & Logistics context.
  • Strong skills in territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at executive level.
  • High level of ownership, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Ideally, a strong network in the Industrial Manufacturing & Logistics space and experience selling technical software solutions.

Your Mission

  • Strategic Market Development & Account Strategy: Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for the Industrial Manufacturing & Logistics sector. Identify and prioritize OEMs as well as Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, build a sustainable pipeline, and position PartSpace as a strong partner for engineering, procurement, and cost engineering teams through strategic account development.
  • Prospecting, Sales Cycle & Closing: Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting activities, networking, industry events, and your personal network within the Industrial Manufacturing & Logistics ecosystem. Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial discovery through to successful deal closure.
  • Account Management & Growth of Existing Customers: Manage and strategically grow our existing Industrial Manufacturing & Logistics customers by identifying additional business opportunities and building long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales Leadership team, Sales Development Representatives, Marketing, as well as Product and Customer Success teams to ensure successful market execution.
  • Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of your revenue targets and actively contribute to the company’s growth in the Industrial Manufacturing & Logistics segment.
  • Forecasting & CRM Management: Responsible for forecasting your opportunities and ensuring transparent, structured pipeline management within our CRM system.
