[Hiring] Sales Manager @Harris Computer

Role Description

This role involves spearheading New Business growth across all revenue streams.

• Take ownership of delivering revenue targets and executing the sales strategy.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to oversee day-to-day sales activity with existing customers.
• Co-develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on new business and new-logo acquisition.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Drive cross-functional execution by aligning Product and Service Delivery to maximize pipeline velocity.
• Establish and enforce sales KPIs for results-driven execution and transparent performance tracking.
• Analyse pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and survey results for improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with the CSM to promote a unified approach across departments for a seamless customer journey.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial analyses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious revenue goals.
• Experience in building accurate sales forecasts and maintaining clear pipeline visibility.
• Strong understanding of integrated sales strategies, KPI management, and performance reporting.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations, customer success, and professional services teams.
• 3+ years of software sales experience into the Enterprise market.

Requirements

• Fluent command of the English language (at least B2).
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Ability to work effectively with a range of sales and reporting tools.
