Role Description
This role involves leading a dynamic sales team and driving business growth through strategic sales management and collaboration.
- Guide and inspire a team of account executives, each championing a specific geographical territory, and drive them to excel.
- Masterfully convey the unique value of Endor Labs to our customers, ensuring they fully grasp how we can elevate their success.
- Seek out new business opportunities and forge meaningful relationships with potential clients, expanding our customer base and fueling growth.
- Partner with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to craft a cohesive approach to sales and customer service that drives results.
- Dive into sales data and metrics to assess performance, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Set ambitious performance goals for your sales team, offering ongoing coaching and feedback to propel individual and team achievements.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast future sales, and deliver insightful performance reports to executive leadership, steering our sales strategy to success.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of dynamic sales management experience, specializing in AppSec/DevSecOps for Enterprise and large mid-market accounts, driving exceptional results.
- Leverage your expertise in cutting-edge sales methodologies like Challenger Selling, Solution Selling, and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC to strategize and close deals effectively.
- Utilize your deep understanding of Application Security and DevSecOps, tackling complex security challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
- Showcase your history of exceeding targets as both an individual contributor and sales leader, consistently surpassing goals and driving revenue growth.
- Connect with an influential network of CISOs and Director-level AppSec/DevSecOps leaders, leveraging these relationships to open doors and accelerate sales.
- Demonstrate a stellar history of strong sales performance and quota attainment, reflecting your ability to achieve and surpass ambitious targets.
- Exhibit your precision in forecasting, providing accurate sales predictions that guide strategic planning and drive business success.
