Role Description

Fluent C1/C2 English Required. English teachers with great work ethic are welcome to apply! No sales experience is required.

• Self-motivated, true self-starter, motivated by making money
• Tech savvy and comfortable on camera
• Not afraid of daily cold calling or rejection
• Ability to stay productive without hand holding or micromanagement
• Comfortable learning quickly, managing time, and following up consistently
• Handle inbound discovery calls from marketing
• Follow up with prospects until they either close or opt out
• Daily outbound cold calling to generate additional opportunities
• Keep pipeline organized and document everything properly in the CRM
• Clear communication with the team
• A plus if you have experience as an on-camera English teacher or in another client-facing role
• No sales experience required; looking for a driven 'A Player'

Responsibilities

• Handle all booked video discovery calls, answer prospect questions, and explain our service clearly
• Fast and accurate typing required for sales calls notes (70+ WPM preferred)
• Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients
• Make B2B cold call prospect lists
• Cold call your prospect lists daily within GoHighLevel
• Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via GoHighLevel CRM
• Maintain a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline in our CRM
• Document all interactions with prospects and clients in the notes section of CRM
• Show up early or on time to internal and external meetings
• Respond quickly to internal team members and external prospects
• Become an expert on our service and explain the pros and cons of hiring remote talent
• Educate prospects on our service confidently and professionally
• Allow the Manager to shadow calls and provide feedback
• Be available Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm EST
• Collaborate with the team for smooth client handoffs
• Report any recurring prospect objections, feedback, or issues to the Manager

Results

• All prospects are properly moved in GoHighLevel CRM and client details documented clearly by end of day
• Daily cold calls are completed to move the needle and close deals
• All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with until they close or opt out
• All notes, tasks, and pipeline stages are kept clean and accurate throughout the week
• Clear communication between sales, recruiting, and management
• Team member remains well versed in the latest service offerings through continued learning and training
• All internal communication cycles are properly followed

Qualifications

• Comfortable on camera chatting and presenting
• Tech savvy required
• Strong computer skills required
• GoHighLevel experience or general CRM experience preferred
• Excellent communicator over the phone and on video calls
• Organized and able to manage follow up, notes, and pipeline activity without micromanagement
• Quick thinker who can learn fast and communicate clearly
• Open to growing rapidly

Compensation

• $1000/mo + uncapped commission
• OTE $29K/year - $45K/year
