Role Description
This position is fully remote in LATAM countries and involves:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients, merchants, and partners.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiating and closing high-value deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the local payments ecosystem and industry regulations.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business development.
- An advanced level of Spanish and English is required.
- Travel is necessary.
