Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for equipping our sales organization with the knowledge, tools, content, and training needed to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement a structured onboarding program for new sales hires, ensuring they quickly gain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and maintain a centralized repository of sales collateral, including playbooks, case studies, battle cards, and presentations.
  • Work with Global and Revenue Operations to refine and enhance the sales process, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
  • Train sales teams on the effective use of CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Highspot), and other tools to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Track and analyze sales productivity metrics to identify training needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Design and facilitate ongoing sales training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance selling skills and industry knowledge.
  • Provide coaching on sales techniques, objection handling, competitive positioning, and value-based selling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and experience in coaching sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), learning management systems (LMS), and sales enablement tools such as Seismic, Highspot, or Gong.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging training content and deliver presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS, technology sales, or the food industry is a plus.
  • Ability to drive change and adoption of new sales processes and tools.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and how sales enablement contributes to improving buyer engagement and conversions.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across teams to align on goals and strategies.
