Role Description

As our Sales Director and National Practice Lead, you won't just be selling a product; you'll be empowering employers and plan sponsors to see healthcare in a completely new light.   • Drive Growth: Spearhead a mix of B2B sales and strategic partnerships, fueling our national expansion and solidifying our market leadership.
  • Be a Market Maestro: Immerse yourself in the market, understanding its nuances and translating those insights into powerful strategies that resonate with prospects.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate lasting connections with benefit consultants and brokers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Shape Our Story: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to craft compelling value propositions that capture the essence of Revive's transformative approach.
  • Fuel Our Pipeline: Ensure a robust pipeline that consistently delivers on our growth objectives.
  • Be a Feedback Catalyst: Act as a vital link between the market and our internal teams, providing invaluable insights to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of client-facing experience in growth marketing or consulting, ideally within the health benefits, wellness, or health plan space, working with Fortune 500 clients.
  • A Bachelor's degree is essential; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, particularly in health benefits and care delivery (experience with self-funded employer groups is essential).
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to command a room and influence thinking.
  • A high sense of urgency and a passion for driving tangible results.
  • Experience in crafting and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
  • A long track record of delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
