[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Meela

Role Description

Meela is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand Meela's presence in senior living communities, healthcare organizations, and care providers. As a SDR, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying new business opportunities
• Generating qualified leads
• Building relationships with decision-makers in the senior care ecosystem

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales or business development roles
• Ability to automate outreach at scale using tech platforms & experience with CRM tools (Hubspot)
• Highly organized and comfortable managing outreach pipelines
• Self-starter who thrives in early-stage startup environments

Requirements

• Experience selling SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B products (preferred)
• Familiarity with senior living or healthcare markets (preferred)
• Interest in AI, healthcare, or mission-driven startups (preferred)
• Someone energetic, curious, and mission-driven who wants to help scale a company improving emotional wellbeing and connection for older adults (preferred)
