[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @Consensus

Role Description

That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Preferred 1+ years of outbound sales development experience, with a history of exceeding KPIs
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Dedicated office or quiet place where work can be done

Requirements

• Conduct in-depth research on assigned target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, pain points, and company initiatives to inform personalized outreach strategies.
• Engage with prospects through a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and social media interactions.
• Develop customized messaging for each prospect, based on account research and key pain points.
• Build rapport with prospects, initiate conversations, and nurture leads until they are qualified for further engagement by the sales team.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, qualify them against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Meticulously track all interactions, notes, and next steps within our CRM (HubSpot).
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals, including calls, emails, and Qualified meetings booked.
