[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @GetResponse

Role Description

Romania is a market we’re currently focusing on and actively developing - meaning you’ll be joining at a key stage of our expansion. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team and play a key part in growing our presence locally and winning new business.

It’s a chance to really make your mark - you’ll have the freedom to try new outbound ideas, experiment with different approaches, and shape how we build pipeline and connect with prospects.

You’ll be focused on your local market, while being part of a broader, international setup - giving you both ownership and the support to grow, learn, and see the impact of your work.

Main tasks:

• Generating and qualifying leads through LinkedIn, industry websites, cold calling, and cold emailing
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executive
• Conducting initial discovery and qualification (BANT mindset)
• Maintaining and updating CRM (HubSpot) with high accuracy
• Acting as the first point of contact and representing GetResponse to prospects

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales in SaaS industry
• Proven experience in high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
• Experience in Romanian SMB / mid-market
• Strong communication skills and resilience in outreach
• Native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 level

Requirements

• Salary range: B2B contract: 72-81 EUR man-day + monthly sales commission
