Role Description

Bnberry — a pioneering tech company revolutionizing how hotels and resorts connect with short-term rental platforms — is looking for a driven and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for hospitality and technology.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners, turning inbound leads into meaningful business opportunities for our Business Development Managers (BDMs). You’ll not only identify and qualify prospects but also conduct engaging product demos, ensuring each is set up for successful conversion.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, active listening, and genuine curiosity, combined with a background in hospitality and a degree in business or sales (preferred).   • Engage quickly and thoughtfully with inbound leads to identify potential customers and build genuine connections.
  • Conduct in-depth qualification calls to understand each lead’s needs, challenges, and readiness to move forward.
  • Host engaging product demos, showcasing Bnberry’s solutions and ensuring every presentation is properly set up for conversion.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive the next step in the sales process.
  • Assess lead potential — determining whether prospects are ready to buy now or require nurturing for future opportunities.
  • Match customer needs with the right Bnberry product offerings to deliver tailored, impactful solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions, activities, and lead statuses in our CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with BDMs to refine outreach strategies and maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Stay curious and informed — continuously learn about Bnberry’s products, new features, and trends in the hospitality and travel tech industries.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Business or sales degree preferred.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work diligently on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
