[Hiring] Sales Development Representative @GNO Partners

Role Description

This is an outbound sales development role. You'll be the first point of contact with Amazon sellers, engaging them via phone calls to book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

• Approximately 90% of your day will be outbound cold calling Amazon brand owners from curated lists.
• The remaining 10% will be handling inbound leads from paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Cold call Amazon brand owners from pre-qualified lead lists.
• Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team (our offer is cold-friendly).
• Drive show-up rates by executing consistent, professional follow-ups.
• Accurately track all activity in the CRM and report on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or phone-based sales role, including cold calling.
• Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or Amazon FBA (basic understanding).
• Excellent English — written and spoken.
• Confident on the phone, able to handle objections and book meetings.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
• Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, instantly.ai, and Pipedrive.
• Coachable, driven, and accountable to daily KPIs.
