• Sales Execution: Use proven scripts, objection-handling skills, and persuasion to convert leads into opportunities.
• CRM Management: Keep leads and customer data organized and up-to-date.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and coaching to sharpen your skills and boost results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Solar Sales as a consultant or SDR.
• Cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills that get results.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
• Experience in solar sales is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
