Role Description
Ready Credit Corp is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound lead generation and fuel our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter looking to grow into an Account Executive with proven success.
- Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach
- Leverage technology solutions to generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define campaign/communication tactics & strategy
- Engage in conversations with mid to senior-level contacts regarding business priorities/challenges
- Utilize sales and prospecting applications such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others
- Articulate the value proposition of our products and services and overcome objections
- Effectively transition qualified leads to sales leadership for conversion to customers
- Utilize email to schedule appointments and follow up with prospects and sales leadership
- Capture accurate and complete information in CRM including contact information, call results, and detailed comments
- Analyze weekly Key Performance Indicator results and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Identify and qualify viable prospects that lead to meetings with the Director of Business Development
Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in Sales Development
- Consistent track record of generating qualified leads
- Highly energetic self-starter; results driven with excellent time management skills
- Strong people skills; overcome tough objections; solution sell
- Great teammate; partner with others for the success of the team
- Exhibit a “can do” attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Requirements
- Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and/or sensitive information
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels in the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized, timely manner
- Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and to effectively manage stress
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel as needed
