Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Analyst will work as part of our Sales and Revenue Operations team to support how we attract, convert, and grow client relationships. They will play a key role in optimizing sales and marketing processes, driving automation, and enabling data-driven growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple tasks, is very detail-oriented, and brings a sharp analytical mindset to complex operational challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time experience in a sales and marketing operations role in a corporate environment
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Hands-on experience optimizing sales and marketing processes, managing leads, and supporting workflows
• Direct experience with managing marketing automation, lead lifecycle, and campaign performance reporting
• Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation tools
• Prior exposure to pipeline reporting, lead generation programs, and/or marketing analytics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects accurately
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and identify key insights
• Must be willing to work core business hours in the East Coast time zone (approximately 8am to 5pm EST within the U.S.)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sales and Marketing Operations (50%)
  • Build, document, and maintain scalable operations processes that support Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Tax teams.
  • Improve how we use Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related GTM/marketing automation tools.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to operationalize campaigns and ensure clean handoffs to Sales.
  • Support Salesforce administration to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain clear documentation for sales and marketing processes, workflows, and data definitions.
• Reporting and Analytics (40%)
  • Ensure accurate, consistent data across Salesforce and connected systems for outreach, reporting, and analysis.
  • Analyze inbound and outbound funnels to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards that show key performance metrics and pipeline health.
  • Help refine pipeline and revenue forecasting models and measure marketing campaign performance and attribution.
• Continuous Improvement (10%)
  • Regularly review workflows, processes, and automation to simplify, standardize, and scale.
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance our sales and marketing operations function.
  • Stay up to date on sales and marketing operations trends and suggest new tools, processes, and analytics.

Physical Requirements

• Extended periods of focused, seated computer work – approximately 8 hours a day.
