Role Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support to provide vital assistance to our sales team. You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and processing sales quotations and proposals
• Managing and maintaining accurate sales documentation and records
• Coordinating communication between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
• Helping streamline and improve sales processes

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Experience in interiors, construction, or design industry is a plus
