Role Description

At MoeGo, we are moving beyond simple tool management. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the architect of our growth engine. You will be designing the data flow and tech stack that supports our journey from a market leader to a global powerhouse in the pet industry.

You will bridge the gap between raw data and executive strategy, ensuring our Sales, Marketing, and Success teams have the systems they need to scale without friction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Architecture & Innovation
    • The Salesforce Vision: Act as the primary owner of Salesforce, moving us away from "out of the box" setups toward a bespoke architecture that supports complex multi-product motions.
    • Tech Stack Evolution: Evaluate, implement, and integrate the next generation of our stack (e.g., Gong, Clari, LeanData, or specialized Billing/FinTech tools).
    • Automation: Build advanced flows and triggers that eliminate "manual grunt work" for our Account Executives and Success Managers.
  • Data Integrity & Strategic Insight
    • The "Single Source of Truth": Define and maintain our core revenue metrics (CAC, LTV, GRR/NRR, and Pipeline Velocity).
    • Predictive Analytics: Don't just report on what happened; build the models that tell us what will happen. You will provide the CRO and CEO with the insights needed to pivot or double down on specific segments.
    • Lifecycle Mapping: Optimize the handoff points between Marketing, Sales, and Success to ensure no lead or customer falls through the cracks.
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Forecasting: Lead the weekly and monthly revenue forecasting process, ensuring high accuracy and accountability across the leadership team.
    • Incentive Design: Help design and track commission structures that align with our long-term growth goals.
    • Enablement Liaison: Partner with Enablement to ensure that every system change you make is backed by a training plan so the team actually uses what you build.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of RevOps experience

Requirements

  • You don’t just build dashboards; you can explain the story the data is telling and recommend a course of action.
  • You are proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Sigma).
  • You have a "systems thinking" mindset. You understand that changing a field in Marketing affects a report in Finance.
