Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Operations Manager, Global Sales Compensation and Incentives, with 3-5 years of expertise in managing and executing Sales Compensation plans. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using CaptivateIQ to streamline commission processes, analyze performance data, and ensure accurate and timely payouts for the Global sales teams. This role involves collaboration across multiple departments to align Commission & Incentives with business goals.

  • Implement and maintain sales compensation programs (in CIQ) that drive strategic sales objectives.
  • Accurately process monthly commission payouts using CaptivateIQ.
  • Manage and optimize CaptivateIQ for accurate compensation calculations throughout the year and build audit checks to ensure compliance and accountability.
  • Analyze sales performance data and work closely with the PowerBI Center of Excellence (CoE) team to ingest, visualize and present actionable insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to align commission plans with business goals and ensure seamless commission processing.
  • Ensure commission payments comply with company policies and auditing standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Clearly communicate commission policies, changes, and calculations to the Sales Teams, with the help of Sales Enablement.
  • Address commission inquiries and disputes promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales commissions, or financial planning & analysis – building, maintaining and running Sales Compensation Plans in CIQ.
  • Strong hands-on experience with CaptivateIQ for implementing the Company Commission Plans and managing commission processes and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Requirements

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with other Sales Commission tools (Xactly, Everstage, SPIF etc).
  • Strong understanding of sales incentive models and sales performance metrics.
