[Hiring] Regional Sales Trainer, Climate Control @Sunbelt Rentals, Inc.

Role Description

The Regional Sales Trainer, Climate Control develops and delivers training programs to enhance a sales team's product knowledge and selling skills. This role involves:

• Conducting needs assessments
• Creating curriculum and materials
• Delivering training through various methods like workshops and on-the-job training
• Evaluating program effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback
• Onboarding new hires
• Collaborating with leadership
• Staying updated on industry trends

Key responsibilities include:

• Instructing new and seasoned OSRs to work the Power of Sunbelt connection for SBR strategic sales
• Instructing and mentoring high-level relationship management with national level strategic customers, and identifying and onboarding new sellers
• Maximizing new OSRs account onboarding and leveraging portals to streamline sales processes
• Training and instructing OSRs as a Climate Control liaison for all SBR strategic sales teams
• Serving as a dot connector between strategic sales teams and local CC resources for all PoSB strategic sellers
• Building relationships to ensure climate control OSR representation is fluid and time managed
• Tracking progress and revenue for production within all strategic seller groups
• Instructing sellers to identify other high potential market segments to add and grow climate control strategic accounts
• Instructing sellers to meet with largest special event customers to sell climate control value for large events and tours
• Keeping detailed sales call reports and measuring successes weekly

Qualifications

• Must have five years’ experience in sizing climate control solutions in Temporary Heat, Temporary Cooling, and Dehumidification
• Must have five years prior sales experience in a regional area where the customer base is familiar with you
• Must have the ability to direct, train, and mentor new Climate Control OSRs in prospecting opportunities, time management, and CRM/Salesforce
• Ability to close opportunities

Requirements

• Base Pay Range: $33.59 - 46.18
• Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
