[Hiring] Regional Sales Manager @Cloudbeds

Role Description

We're on the search for a superstar Regional Sales Manager. You will be responsible for building, driving, and managing the LATAM Sales team to deliver above quota sales performance.

• Manage all aspects of the LATAM sales cycle
• Execute individual and team sales plans to exceed quotas
• Manage and ensure adherence to the Cloudbeds Sales Process methodology
• Leverage alternate channels to build sales volume
• Ensure a high level of customer renewal rates
• Manage expenses within company guidelines

Qualifications

• Experience in leading sales teams with an emphasis on coaching and development
• Proven track record leading a remote team
• Successful track record in selling hospitality management software
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Ability to optimize sales tactics as necessary to accelerate growth
• Track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition and high customer renewal rates
• Ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM, Groove, SalesLoft, Zendesk, and other productivity tools
• Hospitality lodging experience is always a plus!
