We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Consultant – Beef to drive growth across Queensland and Northern Australia, partnering with progressive producers and retailers to deliver cutting-edge genetics, reproduction solutions, and precision management services.

This is more than a sales role – it’s an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to beef producers. You will be responsible for growing market share and delivering strong commercial outcomes, while working closely with customers to unlock herd improvement opportunities aligned to their business goals.

With a strong focus on value creation, you will build deep relationships, influence adoption of new technologies, and position Genetics Australia as a partner of choice in the industry.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a sales role, ideally within the agricultural sector
• Strong commercial acumen and experience achieving sales and margin targets
• The ability to build credibility as a trusted advisor with customers
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• A proactive, resilient and outcomes-focused mindset
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches

Requirements

• Background in Animal Science, Agriculture or a related field (desirable)
• Knowledge of beef genetics, breeding or herd management (desirable)
