Role Description

As Regional Director for ANZ, you'll lead Cloudbeds' commercial strategy and market development across Australia and New Zealand. This is a market leadership position with a sales core.

  • Own the number, with a mandate that extends beyond quota.
  • Shape how Cloudbeds competes and wins in ANZ.
  • Leverage relationships at the ownership and industry level.
  • Establish market credibility and develop commercial capability to scale the region long-term.
  • Close the deals that matter most while building the team and infrastructure behind you.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a senior commercial or sales leadership role in B2B SaaS, hospitality technology, or travel technology.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a region.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets in a player-coach capacity.
  • Deep, established network across ANZ hospitality.
  • Experience selling into independent hotels and regional chains (40–200+ rooms).
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations software.
  • Comfortable in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for ANZ.
  • Build Cloudbeds' market presence and credibility against entrenched legacy providers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at the highest levels.
  • Identify and act on strategic opportunities that accelerate regional growth.
  • Deliver market intelligence that shapes Cloudbeds' broader business strategy.
  • Achieve regional revenue targets through personal deal execution and team performance.
  • Personally lead and close strategic accounts.
  • Build pipeline discipline, forecasting rigour, and a repeatable sales methodology.
  • Develop commercial deal structures that align with Cloudbeds' monetisation strategy.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent in the region.
  • Establish the operating rhythm that underpins a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive regional outcomes.
  • Represent Cloudbeds at industry events, conferences, and association forums.
  • Build a network of advocates and influencers.
