Role Description

This role involves leading strategic initiatives, generating new business, and expanding our presence in the infrastructure and workforce solutions space.

• Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance on staffing investments and infrastructure-focused business opportunities.
• Lead regional sales and client engagement initiatives to drive pipeline development and revenue growth.
• Mentor and manage direct reports, fostering performance and accountability.
• Use data mining, networking, and outreach to discover and qualify new leads.
• Confidently communicate the value and capabilities of the organization to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings with qualified prospects to generate revenue and build long-term client loyalty.
• Develop and nurture a pipeline from initial contact to closed business.
• Transfer qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members for follow-up and conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive.
• Experience working with leading staffing agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, or Manpower.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build trust and collaboration across business relationships.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
• Must be willing to submit to drug screening.
