Role Description

This role involves establishing and fostering partnerships and relationships with key publishers in the market.

  • Daily monitoring and maintaining a steady flow of traffic coming from the top clients.
  • Optimization to achieve a positive revenue balance or minimize the losses from the cooperation.
  • Constantly being in contact with the publisher to support and respond to needs from the client's side.
  • Negotiations regarding new ways of monetization and possible tests of new monetization solutions.
  • Work in close cooperation with the internal team globally within the department and across departments.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital media or online publishing sector in the US.
  • Excellent relationship management and customer service skills, dedicated to exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, efficient interaction with different personality types.
  • Deep understanding of the US digital publishing and advertising market.
  • Verifiable track record of closing major deals with publishers or advertisers.
  • Strong analytical abilities to gather business insights by monitoring and interpreting data trends, understanding and interpreting the performance numbers.
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, International Relations, International Business, Communications preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements

  • Connections with local publishers, media groups, warm contacts in the US.
  • Experience with Native Advertising is a strong plus.
