- Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry news, trends, and regulatory changes affecting insurance policies.
- Guide clients through the insurance application and claims process, facilitating a smooth experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a property and casualty insurance agent or a relevant role in the insurance field.
- Comprehensive understanding of property and casualty insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and risks accurately.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
- Proficient in insurance software and CRM tools.
- A valid property and casualty insurance license is mandatory.
