Role Description

We’re on the lookout for a Trust & Safety Sales Enablement SME to supercharge our sales effectiveness, training, and strategy execution in our growing T&S business!

  • Be the go-to expert, bridging the gap between sales teams, product specialists, and industry trends.
  • Play a key role in shaping sales enablement content, training programs, competitive positioning strategies, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Directly contribute to increasing sales revenue by ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expertise & Industry Insights:
    • Serve as the go-to expert for Trust & Safety (T&S) and Content Moderation (CoMo).
    • Maintain and continuously update a centralized knowledge hub with the latest T&S trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
    • Represent TaskUs at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Sales Enablement & Content Development:
    • Develop engaging, ready-to-use sales materials including pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, playbooks, and one-pagers.
    • Align T&S sales enablement efforts with TaskUs’ growth objectives and sales KPIs.
    • Translate complex T&S concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging.
    • Create industry-specific sales enablement kits.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop client-facing thought leadership content.
  • Sales Support & Deal Strategy:
    • Support RFP/RFI responses with tailored T&S strategies.
    • Join client calls, sales pitches, and RFP discussions as the in-house T&S expert.
    • Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Driving Deal Closure & Sales Acceleration:
    • Actively support sales teams in chasing and closing T&S deals.
    • Monitor deal progress, follow up with stakeholders, and provide real-time support.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Trust & Safety, GTM Strategy, or business development.
  • Strong background in Trust & Safety, Risk Management, Content Moderation, or Compliance industries.
  • Proven experience in sales training, sales support or GTM execution.
  • Ability to create engaging, high-impact sales enablement content.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track sales enablement KPIs.
