[Hiring] Pre Sales Engineer @Action1

Role Description

This role involves supporting our sales team by qualifying inbound opportunities, guiding proofs-of-concept, and helping IT buyers understand how our platform solves real-world endpoint and patching challenges.

• Drive deals to closure through pre-sales support and technical account management
• Conduct technical qualification of prospects by thoroughly understanding their business and technical needs
• Deliver client-specific product demonstrations
• Support our sales team and customers primarily in the US
• Assist other IT admins in identifying Action1 as the preferred patching solution

Qualifications

• Technical foundation in IT, cybersecurity, or endpoint management
• 1-3 years of B2B pre-sales experience is a plus
• A deep understanding of IT administration and security principles
