Role Description

As a Performance Development Advisor, your primary objective is to proactively engage potential customers, spearheading the generation of new business and sales opportunities. In this role, you generate and qualify leads, initiate conversations, present our offerings, and build lasting relationships to contribute significantly to the company's growth.

Key Results Areas

• Sales Revenue Mastery: Consistently surpass assigned sales revenue targets, tracking monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue metrics.
• Lead Generation Excellence: Establish a robust pipeline of high-quality leads, measuring leads generated and conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
• Conversion Rates Optimization: Enhance conversion rates across the sales funnel, evaluating conversion rates from leads to opportunities and from opportunities to closed deals.
• Outstanding Sales Calls/Contacts: Reach a designated number of outbound calls or contacts, monitoring daily or weekly call/email quotas and connection rates.
• Smart Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Management: Effectively manage and optimize customer acquisition costs, calculating CAC, cost per lead, and cost per acquisition.
• Streamlined Sales Cycle Duration: Minimize the average duration of the sales cycle, analyzing the time from lead generation to deal closure.
• Customer Retention Leadership: Foster enduring customer relationships and reduce churn, measuring the customer retention rate.
• Strategic Market Penetration: Expand market share in targeted segments or regions, tracking the percentage increase in market share.
• Elevated Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, assessing customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Product Knowledge and Training Prowess: Uphold a high level of product knowledge within the sales team, assessing training completion rates.
• Data Accuracy in CRM: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system, regularly reviewing CRM data accuracy rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration
• At least 1 year of professional experience in end-to-end B2B Outbound Sales
• Experience in presenting sales to potential clients on a conference call
• Comfortable with having a sales quota and eager to reach the sales target
• Knowledge of Sales Lead Generation
• Equipped with the necessary work-from-home tools: stable internet, laptop/computer, back-ups

Work Schedule

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
