Role Description

As a Partner Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in driving technical sales strategy and implementing best practices with our Conga Partner Network. The Conga Partner team works closely with our strategic system integrators, ISVs, and Hyperscalers like Microsoft, Amazon, and Salesforce. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and our Conga Advantage Platform to develop strategic solution paths, key sales programs, and provide thought leadership to our partner enablement efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with the Conga Team to showcase our Conga Advantage Platform and solutions to our SI partners.
  • Enable partners to grow their knowledge and be a trusted advisor to mutual customers.
  • Help build and scope integrations, demonstrating impactful demos, and building API-driven solutions that enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and sales teams to ensure our products and services meet customer needs.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Solution Engineering with a strong track record of designing and implementing effective solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of platform and enterprise application value and deployment.
  • Proven experience in building and demonstrating API-focused solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, and emerging cloud trends.
  • Ability to assess the impact of cloud trends on customer opportunities and leverage them to drive innovation.
  • Ability to align technical solutions to complex customer environments and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead technical enablement for partner teams through workshops, certification programs, and office hours.
  • Experience with Salesforce products: Agent Force, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Cloud.
  • Act as the primary advocate for customer needs and requirements.
  • Strong project management skills to track progress against established KPIs.
  • Proactive and creative mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with all levels of an organization.
  • Energetic and collaborative approach to partner and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Revenue Optimization through Commerce, CPQ, Contracts, Document Generation, and Esign.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture concepts, enterprise deployment patterns, and best practices for designing and supporting scalable solutions with partners and customers.
  • Experience architecting and deploying Workato integrations across partner ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of Congaโ€™s market positioning, products, and services.
