Role Description

As a Partner Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing ALLPLAN’s partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and supporting strategic partners to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer success. You will act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong relationships, mutual value creation, and world-class execution.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand ALLPLAN’s reach and capabilities in key markets and segments.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners, acting as their advocate within ALLPLAN.
• Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and joint marketing initiatives to ensure partner success.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, providing actionable insights and support to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partner activities with ALLPLAN’s go-to-market strategies and objectives.
• Negotiate partner agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
• Gather partner feedback and market intelligence to inform program enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent ALLPLAN at partner events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the software or technology sector.
• Proven track record in building and managing partner relationships, driving joint sales initiatives, and supporting high-performing partner ecosystems.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across organizations.
• Proficient in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and partner management tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Relationship-driven and solution-oriented, you build trust with partners and deliver results in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Requirements
