Role Description

This role involves owning the full sales cycle and engaging potential customers to drive conversions.

Own the full sales cycle, including proactive prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and delivering compelling online product demonstrations.
Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline through cold outreach, targeted prospecting, and strategic follow-ups.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, showcasing how WellnessLiving's software solves customer challenges.
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' business needs, pain points, and goals.
Leverage a consultative sales approach, aligning features and benefits with customer needs.
Communicate the value of WellnessLiving's platform, including new features and enhancements.
Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and awareness of new products and services.
Conduct all sales activities with professionalism and integrity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
Be accountable for achieving personal and team sales quotas, tracking KPIs, and adjusting strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and refine sales strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve outbound sales effectiveness and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

2+ years relevant sales experience within the software industry.
Previous experience as an Outbound Account Executive or in a similar capacity.
Proven experience conducting engaging virtual software demonstrations.
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
Strong customer service orientation and client-facing experience.
Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Ability to conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external members.
Comfortable conducting customer calls during weekends and/or evenings if required.
