Role Description
We are looking for the sales manager with knowledge of Spanish and English languages.
- Sell online courses of English for children aged 4-12 years old
- Communicate with customers who passed the trial lesson, and “bring” customers to the Payment (WhatsApp, email, and phone)
- Record clients for a trial session, assign the day and time of the trial session
- Communication with clients via calls and chats
- Lead the client's history in CRM
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Spanish - Advanced (at least C2) or Native
- Knowledge of English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of the Russian language is welcome, but not necessarily
- Experience of working in sales for at least 2 years
- Experience of working in a language school is welcome
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work with a lot of information
- Responsibility and care
- Multi-tasking
Requirements
- Remote work. We are very good at it
- 40 hours per week, one working day on weekend
- Working time from 10:00 am till 19:00 pm
