Role Description
We are looking for the client support manager with knowledge of Turkish at the advanced / bi-lingual level.
- Support users in Turkish, solving problems that arise during the lesson
- Resolving complex cases in chat or by calls
- Assisting with translations into Turkish (instructions, clients’ responses templates etc)
- Assisting with Non Assisted Support (chat bot)
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Turkish - Advanced (at least C1)
- Knowledge of English (at least B2)
- Experience of working in a language school welcome
- Experienced PC user
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle lots of information
- Responsibility and care
- Multi-tasking
Requirements
- Remote work, you can work from almost anywhere
- Full time work - 40 hours per week (one working day on weekend)
