Role Description
Are you ready to be the driving force behind exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic team in Turkey and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education! As a Customer Care Manager at GoStudent, you'll lead the charge in ensuring every student receives the support they need to excel.
- You are the first point of contact for general customer enquiries (telephone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails)
- You advise GoStudent customers over the phone and support them with any technical issues.
- Offering help through live chat, processing emails and issuing invoices.
- You work together with the Customer Care team to find customer-friendly solutions.
- You take care of high-priority requests (teacher search, organization, booking).
- You are the interface between our Customer Success Department and our tutors.
- You organize tutoring sessions and ensure that they run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Completed prior commercial training.
- Proficient in Turkish.
- Natural communicator with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Hands-on mentality with a high degree of initiative and responsibility.
- Enthusiastic about the product and able to learn quickly.
