Role Description

We are currently seeking a New Business Sales Executive to drive growth in the healthcare, nutrition, real-estate, and construction sectors.

  • Generate high-quality leads and conduct outbound sales activities (e.g. using tools like Apollo or other outreach tools and methods).
  • Qualify leads and nurture prospects through the entire sales cycle.
  • Close deals through effective negotiation and relationship building.
  • Use a variety of tools to optimise your efforts (e.g. outreach automation, power dialers etc.).
  • Identify client pains and needs, monitor trends and help shape our strategy.
  • Work with sales, marketing and management to help fine tune our ICPs, our offering and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Minimum 4 years in business development or sales.
  • Knowledge of startups, scale-ups, and venture capital firms in EU and US markets.
  • Experience in software development and IT services is highly desirable.
  • Existing contacts in relevant sectors is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, Sales Navigator) is a plus.
