Role Description
This role involves supporting the MUS(EU) Management team to ensure the smooth running of the entity. You will take lead in coordinating entity activity, management information, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the smooth running of MUS(EU)
- Coordinate tasks across the entity, ensuring key policy and procedure documents are kept updated
- Represent MUS(EU) in identified projects and programmes
- Manage multiple initiatives and lead the coordination of tasks for timely delivery
- Manage diverse stakeholders at all levels of seniority and technical/non-technical backgrounds
- Implement approved process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Support in cost control management, including expense reporting and tracking
- Develop presentation materials for various stakeholders including Town Halls and Senior Executives
- Maintain the MUS(EU) Kizuna pages for accurate and up-to-date information
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify relevant key performance and risk indicators
- Develop, design, and maintain effective PowerBI dashboards and reports
- Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and insights
- Be a trusted partner to functional stakeholders and Planning department
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Management/COO teams, Risk and/or other control functions
- 4+ years of securities (capital markets, sales & trading) experience
- Understanding of external regulatory expectations and industry standards
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle
- Front to back understanding of IB Operating model with good Front Office/product knowledge
- Experience in development of strategies and implementation of strategic programs/projects
- Direct experience in managing multiple functional stakeholders and consultants
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Result & delivery driven, with a strong sense of accountability
- Advanced experience of MS Project and/or other PM tools (Planview)
- Microsoft Office skills (specifically PowerPoint, Visio, Excel & Word)
Requirements
- Beneficial experience of Regulatory Reporting in a banking environment
- Current Prince II Foundation (or equivalent)
- SCRUM/Agile (basics) is an advantage
- Financial markets led accreditation
