Role Description

Instasks App is a Professional Concierge Service that provides top-tiered professionals and clients with an online platform. Our unique approach allows clients to request quick tasks and large projects, while providers receive custom requests for their specialized skills. The app manages invoicing and booking for confirmed jobs, tracking providers' locations for clients en route to any job.

We created a portal platform to guide you in listing your professions, which includes:

• Schedules
• Invoicing
• Credit card processing

Clients can give providers reviews and star ratings to ensure elite services. Our mission is to help all providers achieve their financial and independent goals, allowing them more time with their families and a brighter future.

The App offers opportunities to providers over the age of 18, and over the age of 21 for tasks serving liquor. Build your future with a secure platform, be your own boss, and choose tasks that suit your schedule.

BACKGROUND CHECK POLICY: All providers undergo an extensive background check through a third-party company. Certificates received can be used for any job applications. Background checks are required only after job confirmation.

ETIQUETTE TRAINING POLICY: Each provider will undergo etiquette training to ensure a friendly and well-mannered service.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.

We are looking for an experienced merchandiser to produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services.

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives.
• Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and time-scales.
• Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory.
• Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc.
• Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals.
• Remain up to date with the industry’s best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in merchandising.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers.
• BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
