Role Description
This role involves providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions.
- Deliver superior customer service and respond to inquiries for approved refinances.
- Offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance customer experience.
- Structure loans and pitch optional coverages to borrowers.
- Manage the loan process through various steps to ensure funding.
- Prepare loans for the contracting process and review electronic documents.
- Ensure all documents are signed and tracked.
- Handle various statuses of the loan, fixing errors promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Requirements
- Basic computation skills.
- High level of organization and time management.
- Detail-oriented with strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, with intermediate Excel ability.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms; experience with CRMs preferred.
