Role Description
This position is 100% remote. The hours range with multiple shifts from 8am-7pm Central and includes every Saturday 8am-7pm Central (one day off M-F for a total 5-day work week).
Application Advisors are responsible for connecting with customers to collect data, verify documents and ensure the completion of applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Contact customers directly from warm sales leads generated from business partner websites and phone lines.
- Assist customers with completing credit applications.
- Provide excellent customer service by providing prompt, informed, professional and accurate service and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
- Ensure appropriate records are maintained.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate filing system.
- Successfully complete a comprehensive training program and maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and lender partner offerings.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- 2+ years previous customer service, credit/loan processing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with ability to effectively communicate via the phone and email. Multilingual capabilities to include Spanish are a plus.
- Understanding of customer sensitive information protection protocols.
- Excellent customer service, case management and follow-up skills.
- Results-driven, highly motivated, self-starter.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of credit and lending.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Type a minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
Requirements
- Change of tasks, performing multiple tasks simultaneously, working with others as part of a team, and irregular schedule/overtime may be required at times.
