The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for contacting prospective clients via telephone and email. They initiate telephone conversations to ascertain whether potential clients might be interested in our staffing services and then schedule a time for US sales to meet with clients.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new clients.
• Familiarize yourself with essential details of Cynet Health services.
• Receive lists of potential clients from the US BD team and be responsible for cold-calling these prospects.
• Use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with the US-based BD Team, or reschedule meetings as needed.
• Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise.
• Field basic questions and concerns about the staffing services we offer.
• Schedule a follow-up between the prospective client and a BD Representative.
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
• Use CRM to document and assign leads.
• Attempt to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact.
• Explore and cold call into new markets to develop an understanding of the business segment and potential needs for our services, and set up appointments for follow-up for our US Team.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in lead generation work.
• Computer Competency.
• Awareness of business trends.
• Great communication skills, phone, and email etiquette.
• Healthcare Staffing experience is helpful but not required.
