Mar 25, 2025 - Rexnord Industries, LLC is hiring a remote Key Account Manager. 💸 Salary: $125,000 to $140,000 base salary + variable compensation. 📍Location: USA.
Role Description
This role is remote with travel as needed; Dallas/Forth Worth, TX location.
Under the direction of the Regional Sales Director, the Key Account Manager is dedicated to a specific Major Distributor account and is responsible for directing and coordinating the execution of plans/programs with Field Sales.
- Works closely with the Regal Rexnord Motion Control Solutions and Commercial and Industrial Motors Regional Sales Directors, MCS District Managers, and Manufacturers Representative Sales team to achieve established objectives.
- Accountable for RRX MCS and Commercial and Industrial Motors total sales, programs, and activities for specified Major Distributor account.
- Assists in the development and implementation of comprehensive sales plan that includes new and existing sales strategies for a single large account or for several smaller accounts.
- Drives a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships with national distributor accounts.
- Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to success.
- Works daily with CRM to input and analyze activities across national accounts.
- Utilizes CRM dashboards on a daily basis to help communicate progress against established objectives.
- Promotes and helps lead CRM and Documented Cost Savings and uses processes to communicate Regal value propositions to national accounts.
- Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves any account ownership issues as it pertains to national accounts.
- Monitors industry trends and changing regulations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Adhere to all company policies, values, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Conduct yourself in accordance with corporate guidelines, policies, and standards of professionalism.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technical, Business or Marketing preferred
- 5+ years experience preferred; sales experience in Power Transmission & Bearings Industry
- Mechanical aptitude
- Competent in MS Office applications / CRM Management / Business application software
Requirements
Pay Transparency - $125,000 to $140,000 base salary + variable compensation.
